CHEF BRANDON WILLIAMS

A little about me

I was raised primarily in Texas. I also loved to cook while growing up, but I never imagined it being my career. From a very young age I cooked a lot of rice. It was affordable and versatile. My name Promethean Cuisine means eclectic and eccentric, and that's exactly what I try to do. I make a little bit of everything however I feel like making it. After marrying the love of my life in Texas, we moved to Portland, Oregon to go on a journey and I went to culinary school. We moved back to Texas when I finished and I finally convinced my wife to return to her home state of Alaska. I had a vision of adding to the food scene with a food trailer. Amidst a pandemic and opportunity came my way that I could not pass up. On June 24, 2020 we opened for the first time at the Wednesday Market. We had an incredible season. Currently we are trying to navigate winter and all that it entails. We are so excited for the summer and getting our trailer back up and going!
